About this Event
Join UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and the City of Lakeland Water Utilities at Kelly Recreation Complex to learn how to create a beautiful, low-maintenance yard using drought-tolerant plants that thrive in Florida’s climate. This Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ workshop will cover plant selection, proper placement, and watering practices that help conserve water while keeping your landscape healthy. Participants will also have the opportunity to take home a limited selection of drought-tolerant plant cuttings to get started in their own yard.
Presented by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County and the City of Lakeland Water Utilities.
