We are intentionally gathering at Lake & Bloomington, the exact location where ICE first came onto the streets of Minneapolis during the June 3rd, 2025 raid. This is where it began, and it matters that we return to this ground together.
For a long time, Isa was the only one facing charges for standing up and protesting ICE. Now, after Metro Surge, there are over 300+ people facing charges. What started with one has turned into a mass criminalization of our community.
Isa’s case has been dragged out with trial dates postponed, evidentiary hearings canceled, and continued refusal to drop the charges. This is not justice. This is strategy.
