This is a drop in session, which will be at different locations each week. Todays meet up will be at The Cafe, Cantley Park, Twyford Road, Wokingham, RG40 5QG.

These sessions are for adults/parents/carers to meet up and check in with others to boost morale and ensure we all feel supported.
ASD Family Help staff/volunteers will be at these sessions to listen and support people who are feeling overwhelmed/isolated or just want a chat and a cuppa.
We offer FREE information and signposting to local services and activities. We also offer help with benefits but this is by appointment only.
