This Drop-In class introduces students to the foundational skills of Aerial Straps. The emphasis will be placed on safe body positioning, grip strength, core engagement and controlled transitions. Students will learn base poses while conditioning the body for sustainable, long-term Aerial Straps practice.
No prior Aerial Straps experience is required however, students MUST have completed a Level 1 course in some other classic or speciality apparatus. Students must be comfortable hanging from their arms and maintaining body shapes like pike, tuck and straddles. This class is designed for ages 10 and up.
