This is a dynamic and organic class that will challenge you through full exploration of your contemporary movement. Fusing many base techniques, and using weight, path, and space, take your physicality to the next level. Be guided through a structured technique class with lots of engaging choreography and movement exploration. This class will challenge the experienced dancer through breath, complex patterns and great choreography. Minimum 3 yrs of dance experience.
