At OKCMOA, create a mixed-media artwork inspired by Dale Chihuly’s whimsical "Ikebana" sculptures.
Drawing from the Japanese art of flower arranging, ikebana will be reimagined through expressive ink drawing and collage using richly textured mulberry paper. Participants will layer color, line, and organic forms to create dynamic compositions that celebrate movement, balance, and natural beauty—echoing the playful, lyrical qualities of Chihuly’s glass works.
