Drone Academy: Fly, Capture & Explore

This 90-minute hands-on STEM experience gives young people the opportunity to explore drone technology, develop practical skills and take on a real STEM challenge.

• During the workshop, participants will:
• Learn how drones work
• Learn how to safely control and fly a drone
• Take part in a practical Drone Challenge
• Explore how changes to a drone can affect its flight
• Work with others to solve problems
• Discover how drone technology connects to real STEM careers

No previous drone experience is needed.
