DrinkWell Libation Bible School: MOD Squad Series

Ready to take your spirits knowledge to the next level? Join us for a dynamic three-part series in our Libation Bible School programming, focused entirely on modifiers. If you've attended any of our sold-out classes thus far, you've gotten a great look at base spirits such as Gin, American Whiskey or Rum.

Now we will dive into all the ingredients that complement (or deliberately contrast) those ingredients to make your drinks shine.

• Session I: Aperitifs & Fortified Wines through the lens of Spritz cocktails (Sunday Aug. 7th)
• Session II: Amaro, Digestifs & Potable Bitters (Sunday September 18th)
• Session III: Cocktail Liqueurs & Rare Sipping Cordials (Sunday, October 2nd)

Purchase each class individually OR save a seat at all 3 sessions for a discounted price! Be sure to double-check you are purchasing the correct ticket for the session(s) you wish to ttend.

In each class, guests will enjoy a tasting of at least 8 spirits, 2 themed cocktails and paired light snacks. You will learn about the history, distilation, practical cocktail applications within each category, where to splurge and when to save when shopping for spirits for your bar and how to recognize them on menus at your favorite cocktail bars.

All classes are on select Sundays from 2-4pm. 21+ only and seating is limited to promote lively conversation. Sessions sell out quickly so don't delay in reserving your spot!
