DrinkWell Celebration Libations: Champagne & Sparkling Wine Class-2nd Date!

Due to popular demand -- we have added a 2nd session on Sunday, December 15th from 2-4pm.

Nothing says 'Celebration!' like Champagne. Just in time for the holiday season, our annual "Celebration Libations" champagne and sparkling wine class is back!

You do not want to miss this special once-a-year edition of our Libation Bible School series - focused on all things Champagne, Sparkling Wine and bubbly cocktails.

Learn about the various styles of sparkling wine made around the world, when to save & when to splurge, and how to best use sparkling wines in your favorite cocktails at home. You will also see (and perhaps get to participate in!) a live sabering demonstration.

Ticket for this session will include a welcome Champagne-based cocktail and a guided flight of 6 wines, including at least 3 true Champagnes. A light assortment of cheeses, fruits & patisseries will accompany each flight. Tasting & discussion hosted by DrinkWell owner, Jessica Sanders.
