Join us, along with our friends at Claws Out NOLA, for a night of democracy, drinks, and electoral action at Bud Rips in the Bywater. We’ll be writing get-out-the-vote postcards to help elect Calvin Duncan for Clerk of Criminal Court — a reformer with real-world experience and a vision for a fairer, more transparent justice system and Aimee McCarron for City Council District A — who is already responsible for the two reasons that people love Joe Giarrusso on the Council in that district - constituent services and smart budgeting.
Let's fight for a functioning city — one postcard, one conversation, one election at a time. We’ll bring the supplies — you bring your friends, your opinions, and your thirst (for knowledge & beer!)
