Drink and Tuft: Beginner Tufting Workshop
About this Event
Grab a friend, a date, or come on your own — this evening class is the easiest way to try tufting for the first time.
Over four hours you'll get hands-on instruction using power tufting machines to make a rug or wall hanging of your own. We cover the basics: setting up a tufting frame, stretching primary cloth, and threading and operating the tufting machines. You'll also learn how to cut, glue, and finish your piece so it's ready to hang.
No experience necessary. Frame, cloth, and yarn are all included.
