Dried Flower Ornaments

​​CLASS DESCRIPTION:
'Tis the season for ornament making! This fun and easy project will allow you to create a unique ornament for your home or as a gift for a loved one. We'll be using natural wood circles, dried flowers, and a bit of metallic paint to make rustic holiday decorations. You will receive enough materials for 2 ornaments. All supplies will be provided.

Sophie Kanter is a textile artist living in Washington, DC. A native of the city, she is inspired by plants and everything nature has to offer, in addition to beautiful modern design. Her practice includes natural dyeing, embroidery, cross stitch, and much more! The best part of her art is sharing the process with others and seeing the unique creations of others. In addition to art, she also loves chocolate chip cookies and other people's dogs.
