All to help raise funds to support a friend to so many, Mr. Drew Barker, as he battles ALS. Drew's best friend is his dog Chewie (as we all know), so what better place than Bar K to have a huge party to benefit our good friend Drew?
Entry to Bar K is always free for humans, but costs $15 for your first furry friend, then $5 for each additional dog. The venue has been gracious enough to waive the entry fee if you donate the amount that admission would be to the cause!
The dog parade! This is going to be extra special. Enter your dog in our costume contest … the theme is “Drew’s Favorite Things” so think Star Wars, The Hash House Harriers, Krewe deVille, etc. winner will be determined by donations raised, and it will be run like a 50/50 auction.
5 pm - event begins with chill live music by Knifehand
6 pm - dog parade starts … vote for your favorite costume with donations!
6:30 pm - the winner is announced!
7 pm - music headliner performs. Dance the evening away with a surprise performance from one of St. Louis’s own independent bands.
8 pm - Dueling Pianos will take your requests as we party the night away
10 pm - event ends
