Dressember Kick Off Party - San Jose

Each December, everyday advocates around the world dress up and do good—whether for one day, one week or all month long—to raise awareness and funds in the fight against human trafficking. So far, we’ve raised over $20 million for the cause—and our future goals are even more ambitious.

Supporting Dressember means funding IJM’s work to strengthen justice systems, bring criminals to justice, rescue and restore survivors and scale demand for protection. IJM partners with local communities to combat human trafficking and slavery, violence against women and children, and police abuse of power.

Join us for a kick off party to learn about what it looks like to participate in Dressember, and the work to end slavery that is fueled by this movement. The event will also include:

• Raffle prizes!
• Snacks and drinks
• Free dress/tie exchange (optional to bring a dress or tie to donate for others to take home, and you can pick one out to add to your Dressember closet)
• Resources for how to get involved

The address will be shared after you sign up. We encourage you to wear a dress or tie to the kick off party to get excited for Dressember, but you are welcome to come however you choose to dress!
