As winter fades and the promise of spring emerges, we invite you to honor this timeless tradition and create a sanctuary for rest and renewal.

We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony designed to open your heart and encourage turning inward. Cacao has been used for centuries to assist in emotional healing, deepening meditation, and enhancing connection—with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Next, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra—or “waking sleep”—a tantric guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between dreaming and wakefulness. This practice promotes deep cellular healing, nervous system regulation, and profound relaxation, leaving you with a renewed sense of inner peace as you welcome the new season.

We’ll conclude with reflective journaling, giving you the space to capture insights, emotions, and inspirations from your journey.

This experience is open to all—no prior experience necessary. Come as you are and gift yourself the opportunity for deep rest, renewal, and self-connection as we embrace the energy of spring.

About Your Facilitator:

Natalie Volta is the founder of Luna Rising, a dedicated space for self-love, embodiment, and cacao rituals. As a self-love facilitator, cacao ceremonialist, and yoga instructor, Natalie has spent the past three years in Switzerland hosting transformative workshops, cacao ceremonies, and retreats. Initiated by Mayan teachers in Guatemala, she honors the sacred lineage of cacao by working directly with Lava Love Cacao, supporting Mayan communities and preserving the integrity of this cherished plant medicine.
