Snowflakes drift softly onto the cobbles, Christmas trees twinkle, the season of goodwill is in full swing.
And three members of the Cratchit family have just been murdered.
In a crime that has sent shockwaves through Dickensian London, Mr Cratchit, Mrs Cratchit and their eldest son Fred have been found dead.
As festive cheer turns to fear, one question hangs over the city like London fog: who could commit such a terrible crime at Christmas?
The police are baffled, the clues are confusing, the suspects are many.
Fortunately, help is at hand.
Join Charles Dickens himself as he teams up with some of his most famous creations, including the newly-reformed Ebenezer Scrooge, to investigate a mystery darker than Jacob Marley's chains and more tangled than the streets of Victorian London.
Can you separate fact from fiction? Friend from foe? Red herring from genuine clue?

Gather evidence, question suspects and put your powers of deduction to the test as you help uncover the truth behind The Christmas Carol Murders.
The game's afoot, the goose is cooked, the murderer is still at large: will you solve the case before the final curtain falls?

Seating will be at communal tables in the Noverre Ballroom of up to 10 guests.
Victorian and Dickensian dress is warmly encouraged, although not required. We hope to see crinolines, shawls, waistcoats, pocket watches and perhaps even the occasional top hat!
Arrive at 7pm for a festive cocktail and canapés. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm, with the dramatic finale concluding at approximately 10pm.
