DreamScape is a practice of continual breathing done laying down. This workshop is specific for the New Year because of its energy creating potential. We will move into deep mind relaxation and somatic synchronicity. This type of breathing is soft and gentle, a feminine approach to breathwork. We will be meditating and then entering breathwork and then you will be lead into a grounding movement practice.
