Join us on Monday, September 9th for Brews to Benefit! Dreams are on tap at Straight to Ale! $1 from every pint sold will go towards Soroptimist of Huntsville and our Dream Programs: educational grants and mentoring programs for women and girls of North Alabama. Bring your friends! And invest in the dreams of women and girls! Soroptimist of Huntsville is a non-profit volunteer organization that is the local branch of Soroptimist International of the Americas. From Latin, "Soroptimist" means "Best for Women" - it is our goal to improve the lives of women and girls through education, recognizing that education is the most powerful means of attaining independence and economic empowerment.
We do this primarily through our Dream Programs: Live Your Dream: educational grants for women who are the primary providers for their households, and Dream It, Be It: a mentoring program for teenage girls.
