Dreams Into Expression: A workshop for collective dream sharing

Through a collective dream dance, courageously embracing what is, we go look for our dream animal. We find its heart to hold, its language to speak, its guidance on the way into movement.

With tools of dream sharing, meditative journeying, dance, voice, theatrical expression and other spontaneous ideas and exercises, we will dive into our own as well as our collective inner landscapes.

About the facilitator:

Claudia is a facilitator and artistic creator throughout different realms and time spaces. Growing up in the theatre, her longing to move between different realities, blossomed into a diverse acting and singing career in Europe and the Middle East, all the while discovering for herself, that the answer to meeting the inner dream body is to be found in dance. Claudia is specifically interested in guiding individuals to sink into their inner sources of creativity, gathering the beautiful courage to express, share and compose with this, inside the collective.

She facilitates and coaches groups and individuals for theatre, dance, voice and creative presence since 2009.

Dreams Into Expression workshops have been running since 2025.

"The first time, I attended Claudia´s dream workshop, I was tired and raw, from an emotionally taxing work week. I immediately grasped, that I didn´t have to perform in this space, she so lovingly curated and was instead free to be my exhausted, slightly nervous self. Moreover, I felt sincerely invited to meet its corresponding dream self, a cautious, yet inquisitive creature, light as air, its wings resplendent of unfamiliar colours. "I did not know, you can group analyze dreams and bond over it. Turns out, you can and it involves joint visualization, reading and writing, conscious movement and, what can only be described as a narrated, lived story-telling. If it sounds bizarre, it is, but beautifully so. It´s also an emotionally rich roller coaster that curves and swivels and goes deep. One of those unexpected experiences that´s hard to put into words until you try it. And you probably should. I´m definitely glad I did and grateful, to have co-created with a group under Claudias gentle guidance."
