Step into a world of imagination and introspection during Dreams & Sound — a 90-minute immersive experience in the Dogwood Arts gallery space. Surrounded by the ethereal works of Lauren Adams' Nocturnal Landscapes and Dream Vortex series, you’ll be guided through an evening of insight, art, and sound.
Artist and Student in Philosophy and Psychology, Asante Knowles, will open the evening with a talk on the history and psychology of dreams — exploring the spaces we enter while dreaming, the influence of frequencies on the mind, and sharing original poetry. Visual artist Lauren Adams will lead a discussion of her dream-inspired exhibition, offering a deeper look into the work on view. The evening culminates in a meditative Sound Bath by Luminous Mary, designed to relax the body and awaken the subconscious.

This is a free event, although space is limited — you must RSVP at the ticket link below. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on for the sound bath, and an eye mask if you prefer to block out any natural light.
