DREAM.POUR.DESIGN. - AN ALL ABOUT RESIN WORKSHOP A vessel for your feelings. A moment for yourself. Grief can touch our lives in many ways: the loss of someone we love, a pet, a job, an opportunity, or a future we had imagined. Sometimes, words are hard to find. Creating something with our hands can offer another way to express what we carry. Join Heidi for a thoughtful workshop where creativity and conversation come together. You will design and pour your own unique art vessel using Aqua Cast, a water-activated casting compound mixed with water and poured into a mould.
Your vessel can become a meaningful place to hold written reflections, memories, or feelings—something personal to return to as you move through grief in your own way.
What we’ll do together Create -Design and pour your own Aqua Cast vessel. Reflect -Make space for gentle conversation about loss and life’s difficult changes. Remember - While our vessels cure, explore ways to use them for reflection and remembrance. Connect - Spend time creating, listening, and sharing at your own pace.
Come as you are There are no expectations to tell your story. Share as much or as little as feels comfortable, or simply listen and create. There is no right way to grieve, and no timetable you need to follow. A personal note from Heidi “My passion for offering this workshop comes from personal experience and from walking alongside friends and families through grief. Art often allows us to express what we cannot find words for. *****Heidi is a resin instructor and enthusiast who has completed courses in end-of-life care. She is not a certified grief therapist. This is a creative workshop with supportive conversation, not professional grief counselling.
