About this Event
A whimsical movie night with DREAMGLOW. A variety of short films — atmospheric, tranquil, daringly experimental — mingle with playful vocal harmonies, kaleidoscopic soundscapes, and adventurous improvisations. Featuring dancer Cassie Wang, percussionist Denver Nuckolls, plus special guest artists.

DREAMGLOW originated as the dreamscape of singer-composers Nathan Halbur and Angela Yam, to explore sounds of classical lo-fi, vocal harmony, and improvisation. The recent Slumber Party tour culminated in November 2024 at The Rockwell (with dancer Cassie Wang and installation artist Yolanda He Yang). DREAMGLOW’s music can currently be heard in the exhibition an archive and/or a repertoire at SMFA at Tufts (in a collaboration with artist Kledia Spiro and ten poets).
