San Diego Dreamers is a wellness-inspired womens group that was founded by licensed therapists who are passionate about creating more opportunities for connection in our community.

Making friends as adults can be challenging, especially in a city. San Diego Dreamers brings an opportunity to connect on a deeper level through providing a warm & loving environment meant to encourage and empower each other! We host a monthly meet ups, mental health workshops, and offer therapy support groups (provided by Whole Wellness Therapy)

Our Dreamers Circle meets on the first Friday of the month to spend time chatting, crafting, and creating deeper friendships. These meet ups are located at Whole Wellness Therapy - a beautiful office space surrounded by nature in Mission Valley.

DETAILS

• The meet ups are FREE and hosted in office suite 365 in the eagle nest building.
• Free parking is available on site.
• We start the event at 5:30 and go until 7:00pm. Feel free to arrive and leave at your leisure within that time frame.
• Light crafting supplies will be provided, you are welcome to bring your own as well.
• This is a no-pressure safe space. No dress code, no stress, no agenda. Just show up as you are and meet some cool ladies that could turn into lifelong friends.
• Upon attending your first event with us, you will receive access to our Exclusive group chat on Instagram to stay in touch with other ladies in the group and be in the know about other meetups and upcoming workshops.
• The group ends promptly at 7:00pm
