DreamBuilder Fall 2026

Writing a business plan can be intimidating. Where do you start with market research, competitor analysis, financial projections and marketing strategies?
The Iowa Center’s eight-week DreamBuilder course sponsored by US Bank is designed to empower small business owners to achieve success by providing:
- Group and one-on-one business coaching
- Step-by-step instructions and assistance to build each section of a business plan
- Peer support and networking opportunities with other business owners
- Instruction on business fundamentals
DreamBuilder is a series of business courses that will meet Wednesday evenings from September 9 through October 28, 2026. The courses that are included in the program cover the basics of starting a business as well as relevant topic areas, such as marketing, finance, and accounting.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive industry report with market analysis of trends and forecasts based on the closest NAICS industry classifications (valued at $1,400.)
