From the breath, we move into the deeper landscapes of the subconscious mind.
Through guided spiritual hypnosis, you are invited into a meditative state of consciousness, where we symbolically explore the very beginning of life ~ our time in the womb.
The womb represents our first home.
A place where we existed before language, identity, or a conscious understanding of the world around us.
Through visualization, bodily awareness, and subconscious exploration, we encounter themes of safety, belonging, receptivity, and our first transition into life.
