DREAM SUMMIT

PARTICIPANTS: Join artists, athletes, activists, entrepreneurs, and executives as they inspire and empower the next generation with tools for life visioning, skill-building, mentorship, mindfulness, and motivation.

CAMPAIGN: This regional activation is part of a larger, multi-year national campaign led by FREE TO DREAM™, COMMON, and ASA, aiming to reshape the conversation around future-readiness by showcasing the diverse pathways high school students can take toward individual and collective prosperity.

SUMMIT GOALS: Dream Summit Chicago is organized to encourage students to embrace their unique identities, envision bold futures, and translate their dreams into actionable plans with support from a network of leaders and mentors. Attendees will gain valuable insights into their interests, passions, skills, values, and future goals through self-assessment, reflection, leadership development, and active career exploration. They’ll also discover the power of their dreams to make a meaningful impact on their communities and the world.

Dream Summit Chicago will feature inspiring speakers who will share their journeys and empower youth to dream big, fostering creativity, innovation, and a sense of community. Through storytelling and engagement, speakers will illustrate how dreams can shape our individual and collective futures.

STUDENTS: Our student participants, are affectionately known as our DREAMERS.

• AGES: 15 -19
• GRADE: High school juniors and seniors
• STUDENT PARTICIPANTS from Chicago and beyond will be invited from amazing programs such as Art In Motion, The Common Ground Foundation, Whitney Young High School, True Star, Big Thought, Hidden Genius and more.

SPEAKERS: Our speakers will have the opportunity to present about their dream, journey, and industry in a short, engaging format—whether through a monologue, panel, or fireside chat—culminating in a Q&A session.

REGISTRATION: 8:00am – 9:00am

Dreamer Check-In: Continental Breakfast + Art Walk

Speaker and Facilitator Check-In: 7:30am

MORNING SESSION: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Dreamscaping: Partners will assist student with the tools to visioning a dream for themselves through mindfullness, yoga, vision boarding & meditation. Life-Coaches, Mentors & Industry Experts will facilitate workshop session of 10-20 students, to assist our Dreamers in unlocking their dreams. These participants will stay with our students for the entirety of the day to ensure that each student walks away with a well-crafted dream that creates lasting impact on the dreamer and the world.

POWER LUNCH SESSION: 12:00pm – 1:30pm

Dream Unlocking: Global CEO's, Entreprenuers, Athletes Activists, Artists, Authors and more will inspire our Dreamers by sharing their stories and encouraging them to DREAM a BIG DREAM over a 90-minute Power Lunch with Leaders. Here our Dreamers will evolve their dream by weaving in their pain-points, life stories while incorporating their personal and professional dreams.

AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Dream Amplification: Our Workshop Facilitators will assist students in exploring the sustainability of their dream and how their dream can create local, national and global impact.
