Gift yourself a rare and sacred night of deep rest and spiritual nourishment with our Dream Sound Bath — an intimate overnight sound journey guided by ancient Tibetan mantras, soothing singing bowls and a meditation.
Arrive in the evening and settle in with warm ceremonial cacao or herbal tea to open the heart and calm the mind. You’ll then be guided into a meditation designed to support dreaming and restful sleep, led by Andrea and then night witn Sound bath led by Attila , an experienced sound healer and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner with over 26 years of dedicated practice
Throughout the night, you will be gently held in a cocoon of healing sounds — Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and sacred mantras — weaving through your dreams and releasing layers of stress and mental noise.
At dawn, you will be gently awakened by the soft resonance of bowls and chimes, continuing the meditation into the morning to integrate this dream journey fully. We close with a light breakfast and a sharing circle to step into the new day nourished, peaceful and renewed.
