About this Event
A dream circle is a shared, collaborative experience of a dream. It can be playful, healing, insightful, and often a little magical. You don’t need to bring a dream; the group chooses one from those that are offered.
The original dreamer shares their dream, and we begin by asking a few questions to understand it more fully. Then we each step into the dream as if it were our own, letting our inner imagery form naturally as we listen.
Afterward, those who wish can share what stood out, how it felt, and what meaning it might hold. Even though it’s one person’s dream, everyone receives something from it. That’s part of the beauty.
We close by exploring seven “magic questions” that help reveal what the deeper layers of the dream may be offering.
It’s a comfortable, safe space to explore the dream field together.
Facilitator Bio:
Helen the Spirit Walker is a guide to inner exploration through meditation, dreamwork, Qigong, and Reiki. Her own journey with these practices has shown her how they can calm the mind, ease the body, and support a deeper sense of presence and aliveness. With a warm, grounded approach, she invites people to slow down, turn inward with curiosity, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom and sense of peace.
