Come explore your dreams, bring a dream or create one. We will use a drum to go into a short journey to find a theme, and then take that into the gong journey to experience that state more deeply. We will continue to talk about principles of dreams and how to best work with what you have. Always beginning with the intention, "I WILL remember my dreams" every night before sleep. We start there, continue this, retrain the mind that it is important and we want the information. "I will remember my dreams". This may take time to build that neural pathway, but it can be done.
