This is a journey beyond the mind and into embodied awakening.

In Dream Journey, this is transformed.
Here, hypnosis becomes embodied.
Through intentional somatic awareness - such as feeling breath, sensation, movement, and inner energy flow - you are guided out of pure visualization and into lived experience in the body.

Initiated into Transcendental Meditation at the age of seven, she has nurtured a lifelong interest in spirituality and self-development.
