Audition Date: Sunday, April 28, 2024
Audition will take place from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Please email [email protected] for a scheduled audition time.
Location: Lakehouse Music Academy, 619 Lake Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ 07701
What to prepare:
A verse and a chorus of two contrasting songs.
If you also play a musical instrument, you may audition with your instrument
Backtracks will be needed. We will not have a pianist on hand.

About our esteemed audition judges:
Deborah Dutcher - Deborah Dutcher is a professional actress and classically trained legit soprano with credits worldwide. Along with her husband, Deborah is one of the producers of Back to the Future on Broadway, West End, and the Upcoming National Tour of Back to the Future.
Bob McGlynn - Bob McLynn spent his twenties touring the world, and gaining firsthand experience with what it takes to make it as a band. Upon deciding to exit from his career as a musician, Bob partnered with Jonathan Daniel in 2002 to form Crush Music. JD was already working with Butch Walker and American Hi-Fi, and in 2003, Crush signed Fall Out Boy. Crush Music’s roster now includes the likes of Green Day, Miley Cyrus, Lorde, Weezer & Train. In addition to being a busy music manager, Bob owns the Asbury Park Brewery & has some new brew projects currently in the works.
Nick Ditri - one-half of the globally known and platinum selling dance music duo, Disco Fries. Disco Fries had over 500M streams across their releases, productions, and remixes on Spotify and Apple and have hit Billboard with their productions & releases over 25 times. Nick also served as a Grammy-U-Mentor this year for the Grammy student educational division.

About the Foundation:
The foundation provides ongoing funding for performing arts education to students who meet the financial needs requirements. Students are provided with lessons at local performing arts studios close to their homes.
