Envisage Creative Arts is excited to be heading back to The Hub 6163 for the month of May for a new series of guided therapeutic Creative Arts sessions. The Hub is an open & welcoming community centre situated in the heart of Hamilton Hill, 6163. In this first week's session let's "draw" out what gives us comfort and well-being. What do you find comforting? Is it a person, place or thing? What does your sense of comfort look like? What happens to us somatically when we experience this sense of comfort?
Come explore through drawing materials and collage.
Give yourself permission to be a part of a process that...
• Provides a nurturing environment for all participants to feel comfortable to engage in the process of art making
• Gives a supportive space to create, share or just be
• To ensure this places are limited
• The main focus of creative expression is on your own process in art making, not the end result
• No art skills needed, no judgements attached.
