About this Event

These 2.5-hour tutored classes take place every Wednesday and each session focuses on a different theme, so you can join at any point in the series. Classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some previous experience who wish to strengthen their fundamentals.

Each session is structured around skill development, with a focus on observation, technique, and working from life. Our teacher provides step-by-step instruction while allowing participants the freedom to explore and develop their own approach. Participants will work with a variety of traditional drawing mediums including graphite, charcoal, and ink, building confidence and foundational skills across each class.

All materials are provided. Still-life set-ups are prepared for each session. Classes are conducted in small groups, allowing for individual attention and personalised feedback from the teacher throughout.
