Join us on Thursday mornings in the relaxed and inspiring setting of Belfast Castle and discover your artistic potential!

In this course, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of drawing and painting using a variety of mediums such as pencil, charcoal, watercolours and acrylic.

Each week, we’ll explore a different subject or medium. You'll be guided step-by-step through various drawing and painting techniques, building your skills and confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment.

• Shading and mark-making to create texture and depth
• Blending and layering techniques
• Painting techniques and brushworl
• Exploring colour mixing and basic principles of composition

We encourage a curious, experimental approach to help you discover what works best for you. No previous experience is necessary!
