The February DRAW! will feature Kim Eckroth of Covet + Ginger!

Kim Eckroth is a local Milwaukee potter specializing in functional, wheel-thrown vessels. Kim relies heavily on the natural beauty of clay, rather than with a created color palette. Her favorite part about ceramics is the marriage between her pots and whatever they hold; whether it is vases for flowers, mugs for coffee, or plates for a shared meal — functional ceramics is inherently collaborative. When she isn't throwing in her sunny studio, she can be found camping, hiking, trapping alley cats, or beach scavenging for fossils or the perfect rock. You can absolutely draw better than she can, so come with any modicum of skill, because she sure can't wait to stinkin' stankin' host you.

(While Kim is an accomplished potter, drawing is still the focal point of the event. That said, artists do sometimes offer mixed media to work with.)

REQUIREMENTS
• DRAW! at Dandy is a 21+ event.
• Dandy is also a bar, so no BYOB allowed.
• You will, however, need to BYO art supplies, whether pencil/paper or tablet.
