Whether youâre a complete beginner or have some experience, this creative and supportive space is for anyone passionate about drama.

You can sign up for all modules or choose individual ones that spark your interest.
đ What Is the Drama Club?
The Drama Club is a vibrant community where participants immerse themselves in various aspects of theatre. Each module offers unique learning opportunities:
Module 1: Non-Verbal Communication â Explore your bodyâs expressive potential.
Module 2: The Art of Presence â Learn to captivate your audience.
Module 3: Setting the Scene â Dive into the â3 Pâsâ: People, Place, and Problem.
Module 4: Scene Study â Bring dramatic texts to life.
Module 5: Devising and Presentation â Create and perform your own scenes.
đĄ All modules are standalone, except Module 5, which requires participation in at least two other modules.

Module 1: Non-Verbal Communication

Discover how to connect and express through physical movement in a judgment-free space.
Module 2: The Art of Presence

Master self-confidence, trust, and understanding of the performance space to sustain audience interest.
Module 3: Setting the Scene: People, Place and Problem

Focus on character development, spatial awareness, and the structure of engaging scenes.
Module 4: Scene Study

Work with texts from classic and contemporary authors to bring stories to life on stage.
Module 5: Devising and Presentation
đ Dates: 28/04 + 05, 12, 19 & 26/05

Combine bodywork and text to create and perform original scenes.

The Drama Club is open to anyone aged 16 and up! Whether youâre a student, working professional, or retiree, this is your chance to explore theatre in a fun, inclusive environment.

Meet our incredible team of seasoned performers and educators, including:
Marika Rocca: Trained medical clown with 10+ years in body language and physical movement.
Juliana Appel: Brazilian actress with 20+ years in Art/Drama education.
William Hightower: Performer and teaching artist with 15+ years of experience.
Ana Luiza Ulsig: Actress and theatre creator with a passion for mentoring.
