Everybody is dying, and they don’t want to face the end alone. Desperate for company, Everybody embarks on a last-minute quest to find someone (or something) to accompany them into the afterlife.
Written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins—one of America’s most dynamic contemporary playwrights—this clever, fourth-wall-shattering comedy reshapes the medieval morality play Everyman into a witty reflection on the meaning of life.
Presented by the 2026 DRAMA 202 cohort, this production is as unpredictable for the actors as it is for the audience: roles are assigned live on stage by lottery at the start of every single show.
Directed by: Acclaimed Aotearoa director Sophie Roberts.
