COURSE 1: Mock Dragon Soup with chicken, leeks, potatoes, cream.

COURSE 2: Cram, seeded flatbreads topped w/smoked salmon mousse & arugula. (inspired by the men of Dale and the Dwarves of Erebor—Lord of the Rings)
COURSE 3: Gurdats, cheese-and-breadcrumb-stuffed mushroom caps. (inspired by the Forgotten Realms—Dungeons & Dragons)
COURSE 4: Roasted Boar w/White Beans, Bacon, & Escarole
