Minnesota's North Woods have an amazing variety of dragonflies and damselflies. After an indoor intro, we'll chase these amazing insects around the pond and trails and see what we find!
Kurt is the Lead Interpretive Naturalist at Tettegouche State Park and the author of the field guide, Dragonflies of the North Woods, which won a 2004 National Outdoor Book Award. He was lead for the Minnesota Odonata Survey Project from 2005-12, which became the current Minnesota Dragonfly Society.
