Fire Spinning? Flow Arts?

Fire spinning includes a massive number of 'Flow Arts' disciplines. Activities that by default engage the front of your brain and enable you to access a 'flow-state' quickly, where your activity is challenging but achievable and can adapy with your skill level to give you more and more challenges as you learn!
Paired with fire, this activity projects its own atmosphere around you, where fire, light and sound surround you and embed you into the process of doing what you're doing! Truly an incredible experience, and we would love for you to join us on your journey.
