Dragon Con 2026 MONDAY LOAD-IN! (@ MARRIOTT- ATRIUM Ballroom)

We have an even earlier start to some festivities this year, albeit an hour or so, but still earlier!
Meet in the Atrium Ballroom in the Marriott Monday at 10am or a bit earlier. We will be unloading and starting to set the entire hotel including 2 new addition video walls in Imperial. Riggers will be in Atrium before 10am so please be mindful of things in the air. We will need to keep a few folks with the MMP crew in Atrium to ensure everything is getting assembled for the riggers like Lighting Truss' and projection screens. If someone needs to get designated to run and grab food, coordinate amongst yourselves to do so. DO NOT disappear from the Atrium if you are helping MMP and the rigging crews as it costs the Con extra money when their jobs take longer please.
When we can get to a suitable breather, we'll need to grab a bite and get over to the Hyatt to load-in and start setting at 1pm.
We will be working on the Marriott and Hyatt until we take a break for dinner. We will get as much set as we can.
