Prioritised Ticketing Access

While all are welcome at our events, Bandai planned these events with the capacity of the Oceania player base in mind. Tickets will be purchasable on launch by residents and citizens of the Oceania region. Tickets purchased by non-residents will be refunded and players placed on a waiting list. Tickets will be available to be purchased by non-residents on the waiting list one week prior to the event date, if there are seats available.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the event start. A 15% administration fee will be charged for change of mind refund requests. This includes any applicable ticketing fees.

COVID-19 Safety:

Following the advice of South Australian Department of Health, we are asking attendees who feel unwell or are Covid symptomatic to please stay at home and not attend the event.
