Come join @mx.sardonyx and @just.zee for a winter hike on Mount Royal!
If you're curious about species, trees, and queering our experience of nature, this hike is for you! The hike will be activity-based and focused on connection, providing a unique and inclusive way to explore the natural world.
About Jenny Tall, Jenny Tall is a drag performer based in Nogojinawong. Jenny Tall is a connector and a curator of community. Through performance they are able to be a catalyst for important conversations, and inspire others to step outside of their comfort zone. (IG handle @just.jennytall )
Sardonyx is a queer, non binary drag artist born with a thirst for social and environmental justice, accessibility and community building. In this spirit, they host a variety of family friendly and sober friendly drag events including leading queer hikes where Sardonyx shares their ecological knowledge and encourages land stewardship.
💄Feel free to come in drag if you like, but there's no pressure. All are welcome!

🎫 Pay what you can, $10 suggested donation (you can bring cash to the hike)
🚗 There is a bus stop right at Sir-George-Étienne-Cartier monument on Du Parc.
Accessibility info: This is an easy to intermediate trail. The trail is supposedly wheelchair accessible, however, winter trail conditions are unknown at this time. There are washrooms at the beginning of the trail across from the monument.
