Get ready to put your creativity to the test! The drafting contest at Cennovation is back, and it's bigger and better than ever! Show off your skills and impress the judges with your unique designs. Get ready to let your imagination run wild! Drafting and designing are essential tasks for civil engineers and architects. Several software have been made for this purpose. Among them, the industry leader, AutoCAD, is used widely by architects, project managers, engineers, graphic designers, and many other professionals, and it has been proving its worth for the last forty years. This drafting contest will test your mettle with AutoCAD. So gear up, and register!
Software options:
AutoCAD 2007, 2013 and 2015.
Rules and regulations:
• Only undergraduate students from any institution can participate in this competition.
• Professional designers or participants from any teaching centers are prohibited from participating in this competition.
• Participants can enroll themselves as individuals or in a group consisting of a maximum of 2 (two) members.
• Cross-institutional teams are allowed.
• Use of calculators is allowed.
• Participants must select the preferred software they will use in the competition. Participants can choose any version between the above-mentioned three.
• During the competition the usage of electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, pen drives, and earphones is strictly prohibited.
• Exam duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Evaluation criteria:
The evaluation process will prioritize completion (50%), accuracy (30%), layer usage (15%), and tidiness (5%).
