About this Event

This 3-part watercolor class series is designed for flexibility. Take them all, take one, or take a combination that fits your interest.

All classes are 2 hours in length. You do not need to bring any materials but are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Intro to Watercolor

• Overview of the medium, tools, & basic techniques. Designed for the watercolor curious with no or little familiarity. Intended to set up total newbies for the Beginners class.

Beginner Watercolor

• Build upon & review Intro class. Learn the skills needed to start the watercolor adventure.
• Color theory discussion including making your own color wheel, glaze chart, and swatches. All are critical tools for understanding your pallete.
• How to go about building your own pallete.

Watercolor & Mixed Media

• Expreiment with various mixed media you can combine with watercolor painting. Unleash your full creative spirit, pushing boundaries and discover your own unique style as a watercolor artist.
