Parking along Middlesex Avenue and across the street at Borough Hall. The historic Old Franklin Schoolhouse, built ca. 1807, is owned and carefully maintained by the Borough Improvement League (BIL). Founded in 1901, the BIL is a non-profit, 501(c)3 tax exempt charity devoted to community service, supporting the arts, preserving the Schoolhouse, and more.
