A Process Work and Deep Democracy minds - hearts - and hands - on hybrid workshop to explore and gain fluidity in Arnold Mindell’s differentiated approach to rank and privilege.

The Background

Process Work differentiates between 3 parallel realities, each accessible with different awareness modes: Consensus reality, the “facts” that your culture agrees on. Dreaming reality, the “energetic powers” that are different for each person and each collective field, and the Essence reality, the “big picture” that we can sense and get glimpses on.

The Workshop

Power and Privilege conversations have a long history, in Western culture starting in the 16th century. As a leader, facilitator and/or coach we are confronted with them daily, in our teams, the groups we facilitate and the clients we coach. Mindell’s approach defines diverse rank and privilege structure for each of the above realities. Your awareness about each of them in your life, and how they play out in individuals, teams and organizations will make you more agile in any rank and privilege conversation and enhance your ability to support and guide people and groups to “rainbow moments” - cool spots - genuine experiences of being able to flow and learn together in any conflictual situations.

Our workshop is a hybrid workshop, face-to-face in Amsterdam with a big screen and online everywhere. The online participants will have Spanish and French translations. Each day will include a group process, an inner work exercise in dyads, and a relationship work in a fish bowl setting, honoring Mindell’s concept that our own inner work and relationship work is the ground we stand on as facilitators and coaches. We will follow a co-learning by doing approach in which us workshop leaders are included.
