Ayurvedic diagnostics include extensive examination of detailed health history, pulse, tongue, eyes, fingernail readings, and Vedic medical astrology. These methods help to discover and understand the underlying factors and root causes in the disease process.
Dr. Nibodhi listens with deep awareness to your health and life concerns. He determines and explains your unique constitution, and offers you a completely individualized approach and protocol that supports your health and life goals.
Sessions may include, but are not limited to, individualized nutrition, dietary, and herbal protocols, yoga and/or other exercise, meditation, breathing exercises, and lifestyle practices which are personalized specifically to bring your unique body into optimum balance.
Dr. Nibodhi focuses on determining the root cause of health issues, and can help identify subtle imbalances even before they develop into symptoms. You will receive a detailed report of the state of your organs, bodily systems, tissues, etc. Whether you are coming for prevention or to address acute or chronic issues, you will receive a comprehensive wellness program.

Dr. Nibodhi is a board-certified Traditional Naturopath and Ayurvedic Practitioner, a licensed Doctor of Alternative Medicine, Doctor Acupuncture, and has studied Jyotish with an emphasis in medical astrology. He is certified in Vedic psychology, clinical nutrition, & yoga/ yoga therapy.
He is the author of six books on health and consciousness.
