It's getting close to Valentine's Day so it's time for my Raw Chocolate Class. Raw Chocolate is Chocolate that has never been heated above 100 degrees from it's growth and harvesting to it's preparation. Pretty much all Chocolate you will encounter has been boiled several times, rendering the beneficial nutrients toxic and relatively tasteless. There is zero refined sugar in this preparation, which requires little more than a double boiler.While this class was previously free, I now charge for it and require 10 pre-registrants to teach it, due to the extensive preparation. I will have other sources than Facebook for participants.
