Welcome to the Dr. Frank Staggers Sr. Prostate Cancer Walk!

Come join us at the Edoff Memorial Bandstand at Lake Merritt to raise awareness for prostate cancer screening, early detection, and access to care. Lace up your sneakers and walk with us to support this important cause. Whether you're a survivor, a caregiver, or just want to show your support, this event is for everyone. Let's come together as a community to make a difference. See you there! REGISTERATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE. First 100 to register will recieve a Black Men's Health Committee Dr. Frank Staggers Prostate Cancer Walk shirt.

Info: Welcome guest and honor Dr. Frank Staggers Sr. Hear from guest speakers and Black Men's Health Committee Chair.

Info: Start walk around Lake Merritt. We will have markers around the lake with hydration stations. We do not require guests to walk the entirety of the Lake. Walk the distance you feel comfortable or are able to complete.

Info: Close out the event with music and few words of appreciation for all attendees and everyone involved.

Info: Health exhibitor (cancer, dietary, exercise, diabetes, ect.) will be present at the bandstand during the entirety of the event.
